I've caught the Subaru bug and now I wanna' go camping in one of these things.
I bet it would be fantastic in some Californian national parks. Load it up with friends, our luggage, some bikes, and disconnect for a week.
God, I can't wait for labor day weekend. I'll be doing just that but in my WRX. Less room for luggage, less room for friends, but I'm sure the drive there is going to be a bit more fun. For me, anyway. Everyone else is going to have back problems from the harsh ride and will have gone mad from some of the rattles this thing has already developed (I love my car — I swear!).
I need to be wealthier. I want a Subaru fleet.
P.S.
I don't care that it has a CVT. It's a turbo brick with ground clearance, AWD, tiny pillars, and a massive sun roof. I need it in my life.

I love, love those things, too. It's just too WRX for me, and I've already got that.

I want a Forester bad too. I'd have to save a lot to buy though; I live in Southern California so the cost of living kind of restricts me to older used cars (not always a bad thing, but I can't afford hefty payments because "the rent is too damn high.")

I just want them to bring back the Wagon option for the WRX, is that too much to ask, my 04 Wagon can fit bikes + gear inside and still sit two adults but in a year or two I'd like to upgrade and they quit doing Wagon in 07 (?), at least give me a hatch option, hell I road trip would jump on the CVT— the ability to go from high manual level perfomance in Sport # to highway cruiser in the base setting would be epic.
